Wayne Rainwater
Owner/Coach
Wayne is a father to 6 kids, a Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, & the founder and coach at Rapid Waters Jiu-Jitsu. Wayne's passion for Jiu-Jitsu led to our families adventure in opening a gym. He believes that Jiu-Jitsu instills more than just self defense and that it teaches courage, confidence, & how to be calm in stressful situations.
Mallory Mayers
Manager/Helper
As a mother to 6 kids Mallory's passion lies in offering an extracurricular that is both fun for the kids but also offers parents peace of mind. Mallory is in the beginning of her Jiu-Jitsu journey however she has years of management and sales experience as well as 14 years of parenting to assist her in helping you. Come on this journey with us!
Zoee McDaniel
Raindrop Co-Coach
As the oldest daughter in the family, Zoee often assists in classes. She has competed in one competition and won Bronze in both Gi and no Gi in her division. She enjoys meeting new people in the classes and finds it fun to try to win against her dad, Coach Wayne.
Addalyn "Addy" Zamora
Raindrop Co-Coach
As the second oldest daughter in the family, Addy often assists in classes. She has competed in one competition and won Bronze in Gi in her division. As an aspiring artist the company logo was drawn by Addy, and she often offers face painting at events. She enjoys competing and hanging out with friends in class!
Wayne "T" Rainwater
Student/ RainDrop Coach Trainee
As the oldest son in the family, T helps out in classes. He has competed in one competition and won Silver in Gi in his division. He started our Jiu-Jitsu journey by asking to learn self defense. This led to enrolling the entire family in a gym and the Rainwater's have been hooked ever since. T loves Jiu-Jitsu because it allows him to defend himself and he enjoys sparring with friends.
Vivian "Vivie" Zamora
Student/Helper
Vivie is the middle child of the family. She helps out in classes and often participates. She has competed in one competition and won Bronze in Gi in her division. She loves Jiu-Jitsu because she loves to compete and loves the fun games we play.
Zy Rainwater
Student
As the youngest son in the family, Zy helps out in classes by modeling techniques for the younger kids and being a good partner. Zy has been the most committed of the 6 kids and has advanced slightly ahead of his siblings as a result. Off the mat he may be the youngest but on the mat he is the leader. Zy loves sparring & competing!!!
Evangaleen "Evie" Rainwater
Student
As the youngest in a family of 8, Evie is growing up to be pretty tough. She has already been taking classes for over a year. She has helped Coach learn how to keep teaching to short attention spans. She loves playing games and learning in Raindrop class with her friends!
